Family Run Air Charter
My wife and I started Aero Expeditions January 2021 in Big Lake, Alaska. Since those humble beginnings we have transported hunters, rafters, fishermen, backpackers, tourists, technicians, scientists, gold miners and engineers from the furthest reaches of the Arctic to the incredibly windy Alaska Peninsula and everywhere in between. We strive to maintain our impeccable safety record during each of our thousands of hours of flight time as we appreciate the immense trust you place in our hands by climbing aboard one of our aircraft.

Supporting the Yakutat Community
We recently chose to move from our home in Fairbanks, Alaska to provide year-round air charter service to the people of Yakutat. Though the busy season will see us flying a lot of visitors from out of state, we try to base our efforts around bolstering the local economy and providing affordable access to the spectacular place we get to call home.
Wilderness Access
In the early days of flying in Alaska there was a company that advertised: walk for a week or fly for an hour! There are few places as wild as Alaska and as difficult to access, but the advent of light aircraft and their specialization to use unimproved surfaces for takeoff and landing has allowed tens of thousands of people to see these remote places up close. Some would say the relative ease of access diminishes the experience, but we would argue the more people that are able to witness Alaska's wilderness, the more likely we are to appreciate its true value as a society.
